Clinical Pre-Assessment Package
A structured assessment process that brings psychological tools together with professional review and feedback.
Who is this for?
For adults who wish to understand recurring difficulties through structured tools and a professional consultation.
How does the process work?
The process includes an initial consultation, selection of suitable tools, administration, professional review and a feedback meeting.
What happens first?
The first meeting covers the purpose, scope and limits of the assessment, as well as informed consent.
This assessment package is designed to support a broader understanding of emotional needs, the present impact of earlier experiences, recurring patterns of thought, emotion and behaviour, and ways of coping with stress. Results are not used on their own to diagnose or create a treatment plan. How Does the Process Work? 1. Initial Consultation The reason for the request, expectations and needs are discussed. Suitable assessment tools and the limits of the process are explained. 2. Administration Assessment tools are used according to standard instructions in an appropriate setting. They are not examinations; the aim is to understand current characteristics rather than to perform. 3. Professional Review Results are not interpreted automatically or as fixed conclusions. They are considered together with the initial consultation, observations and professional context. 4. Feedback Meeting Findings are discussed in clear, non-labelling language. Strengths and areas of difficulty are considered together, and appropriate referrals may be discussed where needed. Important Ethical Information Psychological tests do not diagnose or determine treatment on their own. They must be administered by appropriately trained professionals in line with ethical standards. No test answers, clinical data or assessment records are collected through this website.
